Everyone, please meet our newest all-natural soap – a sweet, simple bar that is PACKED with skin-loving ingredients and the most amazing and delightful scent blend EVER! Scented ONLY with pure natural Essential Oils of Lemon, Pink Grapefruit, Rosemary, and Clove Bud, we would describe this EO blend as simultaneously warm, sweet, lively, and spicy! It's almost like a tickle and hug for your nose at the same time. Definitely a must-try for our shower aromatherapy aficionados!! In use; the sweet, warm Clove Bud scent is definitely one of the stronger notes. It's not overly herbaceous (as some Rosemary blend soaps can tend to be). We would describe this as moderately scented, definitely not at the “lighter” end of the scent spectrum.

It can make a huge difference for your skin and in this case; you sense too! This simple, sweet design features a natural-color bar with a simple swirl of organic Cinnamon powder on top. That's it!

Ingredients: Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Palm Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Distilled Water, Naturally-Refined Cocoa Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Castor Oil, Essential Oils of Lemon, Pink Grapefruit, Rosemary, and Clove Bud; Organic Cinnamon, Tussah Silk

We used only the finest grade Extra-Virgin Organic Olive Oil in this soap. Glycerin, a byproduct of the soap-making process, is retained well in natural Olive Oil soaps. Glycerin is highly moisturizing -- it actually absorbs water from the air (this is known as a “humectant” property). Olive Oil soaps won't dry out your skin like commercial bars that have had much of the glycerine stripped out of them. Olive oil is a natural source of the antioxidants vitamins E and A, which can fight free radicals. It also contains oleocanthal, a compound touted for its anti-inflammatory benefits.

Cocoa Butter is a real powerhouse ingredient in soap - helps contribute to a nice hard bar of soap and doubles as a natural emollient for your skin. It is high in fatty acids and Cocoa Mass Polyphenols (CMP's), a type of antioxidant. CMP's are unsaponifiable, meaning they remain in the finished bar of soap (they are not used up during the saponification process). It also helps maintain a stable lather during soap use. When used at higher proportions, some can even smell the rich, buttery, cocoa-like scent of Cocoa Butter!

Sweet Almond Oil owes some of its' benefits to the generous amounts of monounsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, potassium, proteins, zinc, and a number of other vitamins and minerals it contains. It absorbs quickly into skin, leaving a smooth finish after washing that's never heavy or greasy. We added just a touch of real silk for that extra luxurious feel during the wash. This soap makes a great gift for those that love a little spice but also enjoy a pure all-natural handmde bar.

All of our “Simply Spiced” bars are cured a minimum of 8 weeks.

Please remember that all natural botanicals WILL change in color over time. Soap was photographed at approximately 6 weeks of cure time, therefore more aged bars may have a different color to them than what you see here.

This soap is made using the time-honored Cold Process method. As a completely handmade item, there will naturally be some variations from batch to batch.

Packaging: Your handmade creation will arrive with a cardstock “cigar band” style label with the soap name and full ingredients listed. In keeping with a greener business model we work to avoid waste in packaging wherever possible and to use the fewest plastic products possible. Should you need a sturdier plastic over-wrap applied prior to shipment, please message us with your request. Additional charges will apply for this service on orders of more than 1-2 bars.

We recommend that you perform a patch test prior to using any new bath & body product. Our ingredients include (but are not limited to) natural botanicals, exfoliants (Ex: walnut hull, poppy seeds) , butters and oils, and essential and fragrance oils. It is possible for people to be sensitive to something as common as Palm oil and not be aware of it (especially if you have been using commercial soaps which are mostly detergents and surfectants), so please use all due caution.

Each bar of soap is lovingly made in small batches by hand with careful attention to detail and quality ingredients by Heart's Path Designs creator Lisa Jenkins.
