Our soaps and bath & body products are hand-crafted with care by the owner of Heart's Path Designs, Lisa Jenkins.  Lisa attends to every detail from design to packaging and more to ensure you will be delighted with your purchase.  We hand craft each batch of soap in small batches for best results.  Given the natural variability in the process, the appearance of some soaps may vary slightly from those pictured here (depending on the item, some will vary hardly at all).  We are happy to customize your order if we have the materials to accommodate your request.  Just ask us!  Imagine the joy of receiving a fresh package of soaps, lotion bars, or sugar scrubs knowing they were hand-crafted just for you!!!  We can also often make items you don't even see in our usual product lineup so just message us with specifics of what you are looking for.

Minor changes like switching out a fragrance oil or changing a color in the design will not require an extra fee.  Major changes to the design of the product/process used to create it may require an additional fee, however we strive to keep this as reasonable as possible because we do want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item(s) require us to purchase additional equipment (molds, packaging) that we normally wouldn't stock that will be factored in to the custom order price.  Since we order most of our supplies for our regularly stocked products in bulk, the price per item for special orders may be higher due to that factor alone.

Our cold-process soaps require a cure time of minimum 4-6 weeks, longer for some items (such as soaps with a high Olive Oil or soft oils content).  For cold process soaps, the quantity shown on the website listing for each item is the quantity available.  If you need more of a particular item than you see listed, please MESSAGE us to see if we already have some more on the curing racks.  If we don't, and it's not a soap we plan to make more of there will be a minimum order requirement (often at least 90% of the batch size or more depending on the design) for us to put that through production again.  Some items will require a deposit for material costs, inquire per item for specifics.

Many of our fun bath fizzies, bath bombs, lotion bars and salt/sugar scrubs (also all hand crafted in small batches) can be made in as little as a day or 3, depending on the item (some items require a 48 hour hold time for proper drying prior to packaging).  Unless we are working on a deadline or overwhelmed with orders, we can usually make more of any of those items within a few days.  Just message us to let us know of your needs.  If we are short on materials to make an item and have to order more before we could fulfill your request we will let you know in our return message.
