This sultry shower bar is so delightful – definitely one of our “must smell to believe” handmade soaps! It has a unique “peaked” design, standing approximately 3.4 inches tall at the center peak. Veins of gold mica shimmer and dance in the top of the soap, now peeking out here, now peeking out there. The rich reddish (almost verging on purple) hue is inspired by freshly ripe figs, and pairs nicely with the Autumn Fig scent we used. Gold and Caramel notes hint of Fall colors and the Fall harvest but we have found this soap to be a favorite with customers year-round. Autumn Fig is an extremely decadent layered scent, difficult to describe but also quite unforgettable – it starts with crisp top notes of apple, lemon and ginger, giving way to fig, caramel and cinnamon and rounding off with earthy hints of coffee and twigs.

In formulating this bar, we started with the highest grade organic Olive and Coconut Oils. Next we added a hefty dose of Avocado Oil, which is rich in Vitamins A, B, D and E as well as lecithin, potassium, beta carotene and amino acids. It is great for individuals with sensitive skin or formulations for mature skin. Rounding it out is a good portion of Cocoa Butter, which aside from being a natural emollient, makes for a nice hard long-lasting bar with a good stable lather. It is high in fatty acids and Cocoa Mass Polyphenols (CMP's), a type of antioxidant. CMP's are unsaponifiable, meaning they remain in the finished bar of soap (they are not used up during the saponification process). Real Tussah Silk adds a layer of luxury to finish it all off.

These hearty shower-sized bars weigh in at a minimum of 4.1 ounces each.

All of our Evening Delight bars are cured a minimum of 6 weeks.

This soap is made using the time-honored Cold Process method. As a completely handmade item, there will naturally be some variations from batch to batch.

Packaging: Your handmade creation will arrive with a cardstock “cigar band” style label with the soap name and full ingredients listed. In keeping with a greener business model we work to avoid waste in packaging wherever possible and to use the fewest plastic products possible. Should you need a sturdier plastic over-wrap applied prior to shipment, please message us with your request. Additional charges will apply for this service on orders of more than 1-2 bars.

We recommend that you perform a patch test prior to using any new bath & body product. Our ingredients include (but are not limited to) natural botanicals, exfoliants (Ex: walnut hull, poppy seeds) , butters and oils, and essential and fragrance oils. It is possible for people to be sensitive to something as common as Palm oil and not be aware of it (especially if you have been using commercial soaps which are mostly detergents and surfectants), so please use all due caution.
