Made with our trademark high-quality ingredients (and featuring loads of silky Shea Butter), this soap is made using real local Goat's Milk to help it achieve the creamiest, most decadent lather out there!

Available in natural scent OR our yummy citrus trio – Sweet Orange, Bergamot and Litsea Cubeba (just select your desired variety from the drop-down menu). Some of our testers swear the citrus blend smells just like a fresh slice of natural lemon cake!

If you are sensitive to dyes, detergents, or fragrances this just may be the bar for you. Like all of our handmade soaps it is made without detergents, phthtalates, surfectants, sulfates, and other harsh chemicals. This soap has great cleansing properties, along with our usual 5% superfat and super-nourishing ingredients so you still get that lovely nourishing “moisturized” feeling when you step out of the shower.

Each chunky bar (minimum 4.8 oz. each!) arrives hand-stamped with our custom “doe and kid” stamp. This is a larger-size bar all-around than our standard shower bars, great for larger hands and those who just love a really chunky bar of soap. Bars measure 3.2” x 3.2” x .9”

For the Citrus blend – this is a moderately scented variety (not too light). The scent smells a bit faint in this one until you wet and lather the bar, then it comes right through. Citrus scented soaps naturally will have a slightly more “orangey” color than unscented soaps.

ABOUT OUR STAR INGREDIENTS:

We use only the finest grade Extra-Virgin Organic Olive Oil in this soap. Olive oil is a natural source of the antioxidants vitamins E and A, which can fight free radicals. It also contains oleocanthal, a compound touted for its anti-inflammatory benefits. Shea Butter is a natural fat from the nuts of the Karite Tree. Shea butter is high in vitamins A, E, and F and antioxidants. The higher-than-average proportion of unsaponifiables in Shea Butter lead to a very rich, conditioning finished bar. Coconut oil in soap making is important in achieving a nice, fluffy lather. It also contains medium chain fatty acids which are absorbed into the skin, where they can be directly utilized by skin cells. Coconut Oil contributes to lather even in hard water conditions (100% Coconut Oil soap even lathers well in sea water!). We use only the highest grade organic Coconut Oil in our soaps.

Calendula is a powerhouse from nature when it comes to any type of skin. Calendula, from the Marigold flower (here, infused into the Olive Oil) is primarily known through the ages for it's skin-healing and nourishing properties. It may encourage natural collagen production and has potent anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. It is especially useful for poorly-healing wounds – those exhibiting extreme dryness, tenderness, or inflammation; and for prevention of severe skin conditions.

All of our Goat's Milk bars are cured a minimum of 6 weeks. This soap is made using the time-honored Cold Process method. As a completely handmade item, there will naturally be some variations from batch to batch.

Packaging: Your handmade creation will arrive with a fun and eco-friendly cotton twine tie with a hang tag bearing the soap name and full ingredients. Should you need a sturdier plastic over-wrap applied prior to tag application and shipment, please message us with your request. Additional charges will apply for this service on orders of more than 1-2 bars.

We recommend that you perform a patch test prior to using any new bath & body product. Our ingredients include (but are not limited to) natural botanicals, exfoliants (Ex: walnut hull, poppy seeds) , butters and oils, and essential and fragrance oils. It is possible for people to be sensitive to something as common as Palm oil and not be aware of it (especially if you have been using commercial soaps which are mostly detergents and surfectants), so please use all due caution.
